Diane's Story

Hi I’m Diane, a Functional Medicine Trained Nutritional Therapist.
After experiencing a life-changing illness, I retrained in functional medicine to help others uncover the root causes of their health challenges so they, too, could reclaim their health and vitality.
I help you achieve optimal health and well-being by identifying and addressing the underlying factors contributing to your health concerns, rather than simply treating symptoms as the problem.
Through a comprehensive, in-depth consultation, I take the time to explore your health history and understand what’s happening in your body. I see the bigger picture—everything is connected, you are a whole person. A personalised plan will be tailored to your current health status and goals.
My approach integrates evidence-based nutrition, lifestyle modifications, and, where needed, functional testing. I address a wide range of health concerns, including hormonal imbalances, gut and digestive issues, skin conditions, and metabolic conditions such as diabetes, cardiovascular health, and weight management.

Jon's Story

Hi, I’m Jon, a CNM-trained Health Coach and Oxygen Advantage Instructor.
Before stepping into the world of health coaching, I built a career spanning over 25 years in sales and leadership roles within the technology industry.
My time in leadership showed me that I am passionate about listening and helping individuals make changes and achieve goals. Over this period, I constantly struggled with work-related stress, which impacted my health and general well-being due to a lack of sleep, low energy and leading to poor diet choices.
In 2021, I decided it was time to take control of my health and embarked on a personal journey to better manage stress, improve my sleep, stay active, overcome food cravings, and prioritise my wellbeing.
This journey ignited a deeper interest in health which inspired me to become a Health Coach and Oxygen Advantage Instructor so i could better understand the powerful connection between health, functional breathing and optimal performance.
I now specialise in helping individuals restore wellness by creating sustainable habits for better health. I also teach functional breathing techniques to boost endurance, reduce stress, and enhance both physical and mental performance. My mission is to empower others with the tools and knowledge they need to transform their health and unlock their full potential.
