Booking & Cancellation Policy

 

We understand that sometimes plans change. If you need to cancel your place, the following refund policy applies:

 

Cancellations made 4 weeks or more before the retreat will receive a full refund.

Cancellations made between 2 and 4 weeks before the retreat will receive a 50% refund.

Cancellations made less than 2 weeks before the retreat are non-refundable.

 

Places may be transferred to another person by prior agreement with us.

By booking a place on the retreat, you agree to the following:

 

Accommodation & booking

 

Your booking is confirmed once full payment has been received.

Shared-room bookings are priced per person and both guests must book a place.

 

Food & dietary requirements

 

Please let us know about any allergies, intolerances or dietary requirements when booking.

We will do our best to accommodate these, but cannot guarantee an entirely allergen-free environment.

 

Walks, sea swimming & activities

 

Coastal walks, sea dips and other physical activities are optional and undertaken at your own risk.

Please consider your own health, fitness and swimming ability before taking part.

Sea swimming will always be dependent on weather and sea conditions.

 

Health & wellbeing

 

The workshops and information provided during the retreat are for educational and wellbeing purposes and are not intended to replace individual medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. If you have a medical condition or any concerns about participating, please speak to your healthcare professional before attending.

 

Changes to the programme

 

Occasionally we may need to alter the itinerary, activities or timings due to weather, availability or circumstances outside our control. We’ll always aim to provide a suitable alternative wherever possible.

 

Cancellation by us

 

In the unlikely event that we need to cancel the retreat, you will receive a refund of the amount paid to us for your retreat booking. We cannot be responsible for other costs you may have incurred, such as travel or additional accommodation.
